Welcome

Welcome to the CGGS Aquatic Centre, a boutique facility owned and operated by Camberwell Girls Grammar School.

Founded in July 2017, CGGS Aquatic Centre is located in Melbourne’s eastern suburb of Canterbury, just 9km from the CBD. Newly refurbished, the Centre is equipped with a 25-metre indoor pool and contemporary aquatic equipment including anti-wave lane ropes and competition blocks with Swiss timing. We maintain an optimal pool temperature to suit both a learn to swim and competitive training environment.

A community-based facility, CGGS Aquatic Centre provides a range of tailored teaching, coaching and fitness programs for all ability levels.

A unique curriculum provides balanced learning outcomes where water safety and swimming provide a foundation for pathways to fitness, squad and competitive programs.

The program places a spotlight on education, where knowledge, skill and understanding are essential learning outcomes for safer participation in water sport and activity.

The Centre will open with the following:

CGGS Aquatic Swim School
> School-Aged Learn to Swim
> School-Aged Swimming & Water Safety
> Junior to Advanced Squad Levels
